About Dress for Success

Dress for Success Sydney is a registered charity that outfits women in need free of charge, in high quality professional attire and provides practical advice in preparation for job interviews. Through its innovative, volunteer operated programs, Dress for Success Sydney improves the employability of women by increasing confidence and restoring dignity.

About Dress for Success Sydney Ambassadors
Dress for Success Sydney has invited a small number of prominent people to be an ambassador for the charity. We are honoured that they join us, making a significant personal commitment to such an integral role in the success of the charity.
Our ambassadors are deliberately chosen from different fields to bring different expertise and audiences to our charity. As individuals, they have been selected for two reasons: they are highly regarded and accomplished in their respective fields garnering respect and attention from their peers and from us; and, because they share our passion for supporting women in need to achieve financial independence and self-sufficiency. All were actively involved with Dress for Success Sydney before becoming an ambassador. As such they embody our values and are an authentic voice advocating for us.
Combining these powerful elements, our ambassadors' goal is to increase awareness of and support for our work among more diverse audiences than we could reach without them, including reaching women who need our services. This helps us to achieve our ambition to support as many women as possible in becoming self-sufficient, improving their lives and the lives of those who depend on them.

As Ambassador, I am joined by three dynamic and compassionate women:
Kirsten Galliott (Editor of InStyle Magazine)·

Diana Ryall, AM (Business Woman, Supporter of women through her charity work)
Professor Di Yerbury AO (Academic, Business Woman, Public Servant, Patron of the Arts)

Please contact me for further information, for donations of clothes and accessories suitable for use by women accessing DFSS and for dates of upcoming fundraising events.
