"100 Years of Fashion" at the Ballarat Heritage Festival

Ballarat, a city of beautiful wide streets and stunning buildings, hosted its annual Heritage Weekend in May. This year's theme was 'Storytelling' and for the Darnell Collection it offered the opportunity to showcase one hundred years of changing silhouettes, styles and accessories and recount the stories of the women who wore the garments, all sourced from the Collection. Twelve models paraded twice each day in front of hundreds of spectators. It was a memorable weekend!
