'A Sense of Occasion' in Roma, Queensland

'A Sense of Occasion' left Rockhampton Art Gallery and arrived at Roma on Bungil Art Gallery last  week as part of a traveling exhibition in Queensland. A number of new (vintage) dresses were added to include fashions from 1920 - 1960. As part of the experience, I gave a lecture on 'The Art of Fashion' the evening before the opening night. The exhibition will run until 1 July.
The Gallery in Roma is huge, very modern and well appointed. My four days in Roma were fun and the enthusiastic help from a group of volunteers of the gallery made the whole experience so much nicer. Thank you for asking me to bring my collection to Roma! I enjoyed my stay and look forward to coming back!
